A Small Vineyard With a Story Worth Tasting
Zimmerman Estates is a boutique kosher winery founded and run by Yaakov Zimmerman in Shiloh, biblical land in the modern-day Binyamin region of Israel. Every bottle is made in small batches, the way a family winery should be run: hands-on, unhurried, and without shortcuts.
What sets these wines apart is patience. Extended time in oak barrels brings out notes of vanilla and mocha that most kosher wines at this scale never even attempt. Once you taste it, you will understand why.
